Victor Manly

Who I Am

With a Master's in Biological Sciences, pre-clinical osteopathic medicine training, and hands-on certified flexologist expertise, I bring a depth of understanding in anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, and manual therapy that standard personal training certifications don't cover. I help clients unlock range of motion and turn it directly into strength, speed, and athletic performance.

I offer specialized hybrid bodyweight (calisthenics) fitness coaching from beginners to advanced athletes, personalized general nutrition guidance, and premium assisted Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)/Post-Isometric Relaxation Muscle Energy Technique (PIR-MET) stretching services to enhance athletic performance. My goal is to enable my clients to maximize their wellness potential.

Why Choose Me

Academic depth beyond a CPT Graduate-level anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal mechanics — not a 3-month certification course.
A flexologist's skillset, built into every program Certified flexologist training means I coach flexibility and mobility as rigorously as strength — unlocking range of motion and turning it directly into athletic performance.
Evidence-based programming, not templates Every program is periodized, cited to current literature, and built around your actual movement screen — not a generic printout.
A unique stretch add-on service PNF/PIR-MET-based assisted stretching drawn directly from osteopathic manual therapy — a rare complement to strength coaching.
DPT-bound, always raising the bar Actively pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree — every protocol today is held to the clinical standard I'm training toward.
